@Snowburden Probably because the music you listen to (metal) isn't too populair in America. Also I've noticed that a lot of metal bands come from Europe. A lot from Finland and Sweden and I didn't even knew this a minute ago, but Delain and Within Temptation come from my home country (the Neterlands). And my favourite band, Lacuna Coil, is from Italy. Europe just rules with Metal.

Love Marco. So hard to find good strong male vocals in metal. Marco and Hetfield are about the only two male metal vocalists that sound like men SINGING. Most male vocalists I've heard always sound like girls, do nothing but scream, growl, or just plain suck. Roy Kahn is an amazing singer, but he lacks the strength of Marco or Hetfield and can't pull off the hard edge they can.
