I came across Bio Cranial therapy on the internet, I was tring to find the reason for my pain that was on going since Sept 2010. My doctor just said I had Fibromyalsia and gave me pain meds, cymbalta, sevella, etc. Im only 36, I was determined to find out the root problem, I didnt want to take pain meds to cover up the issue. Anyways, I saw a video on Youtube of a dr giving a patient bio-cranial theary, it looked simple. I did that technique to myself, I SWEAR my PAIN way gone the next day.
