I have a big question. Before i get the ipod touch i want to know when you download from itunes app on your ipod touch do you have to be signed in even if you're paying with an itunes gift card?

that's what i thought too. but then i saw this ad on the fml app that said "itunes movies" i clicked on it and it took me to itunes, but it showed music and videos ! and now i can't get back to that because I was so excited I pressed the home button by accident. and they never show the ad for itunes movies on fml anymore

there is no monthly fee for using the internet on the ipod touch. you just have to be in an area with wireless internet(Wi-fi).

if that wifi network has novel client, then you cant access the internet once you're connected. their proxy server blocks it.

a what came next to it? you go to settings, tap wifi, if you are in a wifi location then a one with no lock and a good signal strength will pop up and you click it. then, as long as you stay in the area that you found the signal, you should be able to connect to youtube or the net. If that doesnt work, somethin is wrong with ur ipod or that wifi network

u have 2 go under settings and tap wifi. a list of networks should show up. if it doesnt, there aren't any to join

2. if you dont have a wireless hub then just go walk around outside and sooner or later you should find one without a lock on it

It doesnt cost to connect and browse like on a mobile phone as it is one of the features. Although it will cost you to buy songs ect same as on your computer.
