i have a qeustion: for all SECOND battles in the frontier, do your pokemon have to be lvl 100?

what i luv about the hoenn region, is just how big it is, & how funn the game is :))

theres actaully a challenge in this game & its so much fun!i started a new game a couple months ago, bcuz when i was younger, i could NEVER beat the elite 4. lol & my team sucked :/ but now, i cant wait 2 go & challenge the frontier brains!! im already at the 7th gym! & my 2 favorite frontier brains r Lucy & Speneser ;))) theyre so dope ;)
