Avril, I like watching female bodybuilders and you are one of the best I've seen. I could watch you pose all day. You're obviously very comfortable and confident on stage with your huge smile as you pose. You are a beautiful woman with a great muscular physique. Keep up the great work. More please.
i think many folk tend to rush their routines a bit and dont finish a pose due to rushing...which can ruin a great routine...i do try to take my time doing a routine...thanks barbella and deathkick for your comments..and miimy too i think ha ha
Avril you have a beautiful body! I really wish more women were into bodybuilding. I think anyone who leaves a negative comment is just jealous. I saw you briefly in a documentary, and I agree with what you said about men only receiving praise for taking part in the sport, and women getting criticism. It's shameful that these sexist attitudes exist in 2009.

your movements are fluid and there is enough time for the poses to show what is on your frame.
