dude i was walking under the sucky bridge in west hav when i saw 3 dies3l engines without out any other cars they were going north on the river subdivision then about 10 min later i hear a south bound train heading towards congers did it pick up cars at the switch in havestraw
no, not if the 3 engines were heading north. it was probably a power balancing move going north which met a southbound at cp33(railroad ave. crossing)
can we get a video from someone who has the Boston Lakeshore limited connecting with NY Lakeshore limited

Sorry for your uncle, but the harlem line has been a dead-end railroad since the 1970's, and premier trains, and amtrak, never traveled over it.
