@precisiondivisionfla, so what cemical you use, for remuve transparent epoxy (no silicone like on acer aspire 5520) but hard sh*t from Lenovo Thinkpad R61 is under all 3 chips and no way to get rid with any tools. like tweezers or similar. ?
I've always just used a heatgun set on low to soften the glue. You then use a pick tool to carefully pry it all away. Takes about 2 minutes. In many cased, the glue comes off in one piece.
Try my copper shim . It will lower your gpu temps 15%. Only $5 and comes with thermal paste. Search for "TX1000 Copper Shim" or "DVxxx Copper Shim" on ebay.
which tempreture you use here? I find it easier to remove the epox with a hot air gun and bit of flux, everytime I try this way I end up removing pads..this is bit risky
heatgun 350 Celsius mid airpressure and a lil sharp hook. with that you get rid of all glue

Precision Division chemically removes the BGA glue. Even the slightest amount of glue left over can cause a repair to fail.
