I would not run walmart stuff nothing wrong with it just not my style, But if done right anything can hit hard and sound good. Its all on how you set it up. Box, to subs, to the amp even down to the wiring. Good job man

I have a mtx terminator 400 watt amp with a kicker comp 10" in a kicker ported box and a "duel" 12" in a ported box that is set up for 2 12's but my jl w3 cone blew up -___- so i only have the 10 and 12 (yes they both are hooked up) in it and i have to tell you that the duel bumps. i like it i dont have any complaints yet. Nice system bro.

i dont know about other dual models but i have these same subs, and they kick ass. i was shocked myself, i also have some 15 inch jl audio w7's and the duals (although not AS good) still put up a fight with the jls and the duals were about 200 dollars cheaper :) haha im only 16 and for your first subs if your on a budget these are what u should get for sure.

@SubZeroSkyLine you'd be surprised at how decently loud they get for being so cheap but you cant say 1 10 inch is gonna be "way louder" than 2 12's. assuming both have the proper enclosures and power the 12's would be louder since there is more surface area, more surface area=more output. also even if the comp vr was louder you cant compare a kicker cvr to a dual subwoofer. for the price of one cvr 10 you can get two twelve duals, its like comparing apples to oranges.
