My coworker and I got today off. The reason given for that is that we are really going to get worked hard this weekend but my somewhat suspicious nature has me wondering about that. Nevertheless,it is all good no matter what. I am not worrying about it and am just enjoying my day off. Whether this job ultimately works out or not,I believe everything will work out for me. Sorry it wasn't a good day Ant. I hope it gets better for you, but you have to make a conscious effort to have a positive attitude because some people are just ignorant. Not all people are that way thankfully.
Thankfully,indeed. If they were all that way I would probably end up hurting or killing somebody unless God intervened. Killing myself would not be an option. I can only think of one situation in which I might kill myself and even then I pray God would give me the strength not to do it.
I feel you on that. It is hard to stay positive when one considers that although we have come a long way we still have a long way to go. A long way. However,there is cause to be positive since we have come a long way and in all likelihood in time will come much further.
When WF shake my hands like that or they drop the change from cashier into your hand..I know it maybe because I'm black..but(to keep a positive mind) I think of it as.."I dont want those type of racists to touch me anyways..cause your hands might be filthy as heck..and im not trying to catch nothin...lol..I dont know about you..but i know and seen alot of WF who dont take showers(only take them a few days a week)and i've seen WF who dont wash their hands after using the bathroom.
Yeah,you can definitely tell when somebody got an issue with you and if they are White and do not know you at all you can pretty much figure out what the problem is. I am not sure if White bigots or Whites in general are any more unclean than anybody else but I really do not want to shake hands with anybody that won't wash their hands after using the bathroom or be around anybody that does not bath,shower,or at least wash their private parts on a daily basis.
