You cant just 'cut it anywhere as this guys suggests, it has to be after the ice plug an the guy froze the part he wants to cut! How the hell are you going to get a soldered joint on that when the heat from the torch will melt it. Create a plug and rain down.
Very misleading, looks easy in a workshop with no water pressure but in reality as soon as you cut the pipe the water pressure forces the ice up and the water goes everywhere, so don`t waste your money.
