Actually no - it is a Panasonic Lumix, I have a GoPro on my wish list.
The grace comes really from slowing everything down, once you know you are going to roll its just a case of mind over muscle memory - try forcing yourself to count to ten while rolling and keep doing it until you take the full ten to roll. It is also helpful to practice rolling to a static brace then recovering - that forces a pause.
Face mask and nose clips for me - I hate the preasure on my sinuses.

Just came out of the water and I'm happy to see you're using a scuba mask. Will do the same next practice to lengthen my practice time!
And yes, I need to sweep my outboard arm more!

This is a great video. I love the quality, the angels and the breakdown. I can do rolls, but I lack the smooth grace of Greenland style rolls.
