this game was TIGHT AS FUCK, i rented it on many occasions back in the day, i loved killing or arresting people, taking their drugs and using some and selling some, i wish they made more games like this. (haha just imagine a cop in uniform taking a hit from a crack pipe in a dark alleyway, classic!)

@captainobvious55 its the relaxed feeling you get from both weed and ciggs in my opinion that makes them psychologically addictive. I mean when you get pissed and take a puff from a ciggarette your mood sets back quite a few levels
