Hi johan, i just found this video, and seriously, i closed my eyes and by the middle of the piece, almost cried!!! BEAUTIFUL PLAYING!!!! No. It was a LUKE I. The first version bulit. With Floyd Rose trem. It was a great guitar, but the neck was a little narrow for my hands/fingers. One of the best sounding guitars though..

The amp is a standard JCM 800 split channel, from '87, i think.. :)

jesus! i've never been so touched by tone. the 800 is so categorised by rock and roll i fogot it can do this mellow type lead. i plan on building a clone starting fairly soon! would you mind sharing 2 things, A) your settings, im gonna guess you just backed off your guitars volume, and B) the key/scales this is in. thanks.

To be honest: I'm not exatly sure how i set it.. Just twisted the nobs till it felt right, i guess. What scale?? You know... The scale... :)

I think the backing is Esus2 and Dsus2/4, and the lead stuff is in F# maj

ahh, its the sus that im hearing in the back ground thats throwing me off, i was gonna say it sounds like Fmaj using your pentatonic licks in it.

but yeah, the sharp and the backing track throw me off, its a unique sound however, i like it.

Press down the right note, move around, and make sure you have the right freq's from both amp and guitar. Marshall is great amps at this.. Mostly because of the right mid freq's.. :)

No. It's a standard JCM800, spilit channel, from 1986-87(I think)

Hei Cedric. Den solgte jeg. Har kjøpt meg Mesa Road King II. JCM'n er den andre gitaristen sin amp. MÅTTE bare teste den. Hehe. Denne ampen kjøpte jeg brukt i '92. Solgte den, men nå er den plutselig hjemme igjen.. Strange.. JSX låt sjukt bra, men Mesa RK låter enda bedre :)

Okej, ja man letar ju hela tiden efter det perfekta ljudet, själv är jag fortfarande nöjd med min JSX. Stoppade i KT77'or i den och det förändrade hela ljudet till det bättre.
