If you knew anything about runescape at all you would know that J-Mods (workers of Jagex) can change their skill levels, inventories, banks, etc. at any time to be whatever they wish. They may change their lvl from 1 to 100 in about 3 seconds if they so choose. This is not mopar, it is simply a mod doing some runs.
