I live in Reynosa Mexico across the border with Hidalgo Texas and we have many varieties of Hot dogs, one is a wiener wrapped with a slice of bacon and then wrapped with a slice of ham with a slice of processed cheese and topped with diced tomato, onion, avocado ketchup, mayo, chilli sauce mustard and sliced pickles if the customer wants it, this because in this North region of Mexico not many people likes pickles and dill.

The Hot dogs in Hermosillo are totally worth the trip! There are many versions in America but they don't hold a candle to the original Sonoran Dog. They are just AMAZING.
