In the time you take out the knife and take out the gun again the gun will be loaded and ready if you just wait

im not sure if that is faster, there is an easier and better way that i came up with.

Instead of pushing Y, just push RB twice really fast. You only have to worry about one button, and it is faster because u dont have to wait for the knife's animation.

Try it.
