Justice was served of course he was pissed that she broke up with him you can tell he still Loves her he keeps looking over at her a few times in court. In her Parents eyes he is a scum bag and there sweet daughter had her reason for breaking up with him SO they did not give his Money Back for the apartment They Broke the contract and Lied not paying Him. I have been in court a lot for this Because I'm a Property Manager collecting unpaid rent same kind of story "I paid " and no proof LIER !

In all honesty...I was thinkng about this case; When the Def. dad asked the Platiff if he'd called his wife a liar or a b**** or whatnot...the Plantiff said he didn't & got the envelope "or so they say". He'd have been better off saying "Yes I did call her that.", not getting the envelope & getting the money from suing without a doubt of him not having originally gotten it.

Plaintiff looks a little sneaky but I believe him - the defendants, especially the father has trouble making eye contact with the judge and the mother keeps clearing her throat, they're uncomfortable...it's just their whole body language.
