your stamina is going to suck against anything thats going to bleed you, dot you up, cast magic at range....

prot in my opinion is better, since you get the huge boost of armor from shields, plus (if you can find one) a good sword/mace, you can easily dish out some pretty decend damage.

ret, on the other hand, mainly uses 2h weps, making them (somewhat) slower in actually hitting melee, plus you can only dodge and parry, not block, and even though witht he high burst dmg, you dont have any def buffs/talents to help keep you alive

it's ur choice, so i wont push, but...

prot all the way for me!!!

I played extensive as both, ret is better for pvp hands down, wayy more dmg, 5-6x more

but as prot your hard as fuck to kill.

What is that addon you have that there are lines all over your map when you open it? does that give you the best route for gathering herbs or mining?

yes, its a combination of mods that did it

Gathermate for the node location

and routes put all the dots in a... route ;P

Just some constructive critisism:

* Use music or any form of sound in your videos (not the classic wow effects)

* Your UI needs more work, its not neat enough. ^^

* Learn to NOT click, i saw you clicking you "5" button there, you shouldnt even use your mouse to succeed, just keybind everything.

I wouldn't say you take high damage as ret, it's just alot more midigated as prot.

Well mitigated dmg is dmg not taken.

aka less dmg

there is a difference between taking 10k and taking 6k instead.

Yeah its the same damage comming at you.

but you take 4k less as prot..

you take less dmg "BECAUSE" its more mitigated. whatever the reason is, its less.

The shield tells me, depending on color, different defensive buff states, the red cross lets me

Why u didn't use "Holy Shield" ? Prot palladins dont have any problem handling 3 elite +2-3 lvl mobs simultaneously.Anyway good video..U reminded me of my Human pallie before I quit.

Man,im a shockadin,and i wana play as a ret...but im afraid that im gone do something wrong...i own with ret...but ret makes more burst,but at the same time he is fragile vs a shockadin,holy shock heal helps alot,...what should i do..

all got their enemies whos better then them,just keep nuking until he either starts getting insane pressure or something..if u burst alot etc and he uses holy shock like only,u should be able to get him,use a hammer to interupt spellcast even >_>

What buff do you have on that keeps healing your mana?

For retribution, you get mana back when

you use your abilities.

For Protection, I used Sanctuary.

Hi, lm healing specced at the moment lvl75, but l dont wanna play healer anymore, so what should l do? l want to tryout prot, but some people say it takes long time to lvl.

Definatly will take you a little longer,

But as long as your also wearing tank gear.

you will not die.... and be able to solo some of the pretty epic quests. I leveled as prot 70-80

and dont regret it, even though it took me only a day or so longer then my buddies.

Prot is sick... you can kill like 30 people in one pull (if you know what you are doing)

after that lvl, healing only gets better. lol.

once you start hitting heroics and then raids, youll love healing and the lack of work you have to do (most of the time at least) and good gear is fairly easy to come by.

Seal of Command>Seal of Blood in my opinion. More Damage when it procs and with the glyph it procs all the time and no loss of health.
