I listen to Dr. Laura everyday just about. She makes perfect since in a ever increasing changing world. I know that many of you are not fans of hers, but listen to her program on Satelite radio for 1 month. Listen to the calls that she gets on a daily basis. You can not help but to agree. Most feminists don't believe doing household chores in general is degrading. Just when the general worked-hours (both paid and non-paid) to relaxation hours are far, far higher for women then men, do feminists have a problem. And so far women on average are working 4 more hours than men in a day. If you don't have a problem with doing that, good for you. But most women do, and it's reasonable why they are pushing for society to accept a balance of chores between males/females.

I know that many of you are not fans of hers, but listen to her program on Satelite radio for 1 month. Listen to the calls that she gets on a daily basis. You can not help but to agree. Most feminists don't believe doing household chores in general is degrading. Just when the general worked-hours (both paid and non-paid) to relaxation hours are far, far higher for women then men, do feminists have a problem. And so far women on average are working 4 more hours than men in a day. If you don't have a problem with doing that, good for you. But most women do, and it's reasonable why they are pushing for society to accept a balance of chores between males/females.

I listened the other day to a Dr. Laura show that was made on 8/20 when "Amy" called and said she was "married to a good man and a good husband." She told Dr. Laura that she felt like something was missing, thus it came out that she wanted children but her husband (to whom she was married to for 4.5 years) didn't. the caller said that he husbands' friends and family ( who are white) would make racial joke, say the N word, and ask racially motivated questions as if she wasnt even there. Dr Laura said she was over reaction

@LILDECENCY the caller gave more than one reference, after Laura said the racial jokes and questions where not stereotypical or racist, the caller asked Dr. Laura about the people around her saying the N-word alot, to which she responded, " black people can say it why cant white people".

Laura's use of the n word was probably the least offensive thing about the call. Her entire reply to this woman was a racist tirade. Telling her she should have married in her own race if she didn't have a sense of humor about racist jokes and comments was one remark she made.
Laura really exposed her hostility and resentment of black Americans in this exchange. Her resentment of Black Americans seems to be centered her own deep seeded "closet racism".

The so called "doctor" Laura is an ugly big eared huckster trying to make money off hate and bigotry. As far as marriage is concerned, any man married to her is making a case for banning heterosexual marriage. Her recent racial outburst was so insensitive that it got her sponsors to pull out.

what can you expect from a woman who let her mother died in her home for months without knowing about it. The neighbor had to call the police to check on her neighbor that how they found out about her death. They live in the same town... Funny, Dr Laura rocks, on air for 30+ years, so successful, so strong minded, so clear, yes we all screw up, and non of us focus the loght on our darkest / low point, we all want the sun to make us glow, those who reject her, have the most weakness, denial is easy, at least she has been brave enough, to swim against the tide, what a poorer place without the voice of reason, she made mistakes, she also made a LOT of clear vision, easy words, of compassionate agreement, are easy to hear

@k9uprising I agree about 65% of American girls are stuck up and think that men should do everything for them. They read cosmo and shop at the mall because they hate themselves and then they are ungreatful for the nice things they have. Russian women seem more humble than some American girls

She is right about giving. The problem with many but not all women is they want to be the leader of the house. God made the man to lead and the woman to follow BESIDE him as a helper. The mans job is NOT to rule over his wife but to lead as an example and SHOW her love. And LOVE is how you treat someone NOT a feeling. We as men have to deny ourselves and romance a woman by cooking dinner sometimes or taking the kids and letting you wife go shopping with her friends. Unselfishness is the key!
