The toys are fine, as they are soft. The chest clip needs to go up higher though, and the aftermarket head rest shouldn't be used. If you want/need a head hugger you can contact graco to see if they manufacture them for your specific seat, and if not... you can use rolled up recieving blankets around the head. Either way, this comment comes almost 4 years too late... but if anyone else was interested theres the information.

The straps need to be a little bit tighter, and the chest clip needs to be up a little bit farther.
