Another point that could be made is that maybe the family did not raise her well. Probably never educated their child and just made her follow things blindly without actually understanding or explaining why. I've come across many Muslims around the world that do not know about the simplest things about their religion and I never was born into that religion. Nice song though. Story-line may not be accepted by pious Pakistanis unless there's a hidden agenda or Haroon is very westernized.

I might not be too keen on the theme in general; as to how it would be perceived and interpreted by the younger audience. Regardless, the excellence of the production and mesmerising song make up for that.
