I love this - we are lucky enough to live in the "Beckett house" now - Eastport is wonderful - nice people, nice inexpensive homes, beautiful views,lively arts community, and growing historic downtown - come and stay for awhile - you'll love it! Thank you for putting this on the net!!
Wow. It looks alot different than that now! Not many people live there anymore, especially after the sardine/canneries/factories closed, & the railroad vanished. Anyone want to buy a house, extremely cheap? Just go to Eastport. There's plenty of them there. At least the Navy still uses it as a port of call.
