Hi. I have some videos of Tenzin N. Tethong answering lotta tough and clear questions from Boston Public regarding his achievements to rumored financial deficits. Please check it out.
Singh was first elected to the upper house of Parliament, the Rajya Sabha, in 1991[10] and was re-elected in 2001 and 2007. From 1998 to 2004, while the Bharatiya Janata Party was in power, Singh was the Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha. In 1999, he contested for the Lok Sabha from South Delhi but was unable to win the seat.[11]
In 1982, he was appointed the Governor of the Reserve Bank of India and held the post until 1985. He went on to become the deputy chairman of the Planning Commission of India from 1985 to 1987. Following his tenure at the Planning Commission, he was appointed Secretary General of the South Commission in Geneva from 1987 to 1990, an independent economic policy think tank, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
From 1994 to 2002, Obama served on the boards of directors of the Woods Fund of Chicago, which in 1985 had been the first foundation to fund the Developing Communities Project, and of the Joyce Foundation.[34] He served on the board of directors of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge from 1995 to 2002, as founding president and chairman of the board of directors from 1995 to 1999
In 1993 he joined Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland, a 13-attorney law firm specializing in civil rights litigation and neighborhood economic development, where he was an associate for three years from 1993 to 1996, then of counsel from 1996 to 2004, with his law license becoming inactive in 2002.
From April to October 1992, Obama directed Illinois's Project Vote, a voter registration drive with ten staffers and seven hundred volunteer registrars; it achieved its goal of registering 150,000 of 400,000 unregistered African Americans in the state, and led to Crain's Chicago Business naming Obama to its 1993 list of "40 under Forty" powers to be
He then served as a professor at the University of Chicago Law School for twelve years—as a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996, and as a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004—teaching constitutional law
1985-1988 (at age 24-27).Obama was hired in Chicago as director of the Developing Communities Project (DCP), a church-based community organization originally comprising eight Catholic parishes in Greater Roseland (Roseland, West Pullman and Riverdale) on Chicago's far South Side. He worked there as a community organizer from June 1985 to May 1988

I dawa tashi , from calgary , canada. endorsed;; dr, lobsang sangay for future , tbetan kalon tripa.long live all tibetan for solideraty to meaningful goal for welfare of all tibetan people in living tibet and out side of tibet. I have very possitively in believe , the middle way destination , is not bad , as our's H, H, the dalai lama wish the same subject. so in this road, we need such person , like dr lobsang la to lead to better welfare of all tibetan in tibet or outside .
forget about obama n other countries...be realistic.i want someone who can help poor tibetan kids n family living in india, nepal and tibet to able to go to a better school n college period.
i know we dont want any more lamas and kudags but we also dont have to settle for Lobsang Sangye for that reason. Give him some time to mature and learn first by serving as chithue. He seems good at playing to the gallery and clever retorts but really no substance. He playing khampa card to get votes from the monks and new arrivals is so cheap.
DR LOBSANG SANGAY LAK, I'm very proud of you, you are the best i ever see all in this debate for kalon tripa, we all getting together fighting for free tibet
Los Nyandak la ,I am very much sured that , what you are saying is totally wrong and may be you have your own individual motive and you want humiliate some one else and try to put down .So, RESULT is you ,yourself showing bad manners among the people .we dislike you.
lobsang sangay is the best amount all.as he is young ,smart ,educated , has very good courages to solved our tibetan big problems ,he pay lots of respects to the H.H.Dalia Lama, so,brothers and sisters be justice and all unitedly to vote good one .Not like since he or she was 35, 40 ,15, 20 has experiences and no more any new things for improving always same .We need changes and improvements .So, think deeply.also now we need smart gay. Thank you.
Yes Dr. Lobsang lak, you are the right candidate for PM. We don't want anymore Rimpoche in politics...Zangdo Rimpoche was the waste and fundamentalist PM we have ever had.
I am not a supporter of Lobsang Sengey but i am quite disappointed at Los Nyandak la for what he said about electing a older candidate rather than a younger one. Doesn't make much sense coming from someone who perhaps may be the youngest kalon to be appointed in exile at least.
