@bdbgigi10 that is the traditional costume from the state of Puebla. the women costume is called "china poblana" . You can get them in the city of Puebla or the state. Maybe you can also go on line and find it on ebay

Cinco de Mayo is the day that the Mexican troops defeated the French troops who outnumbered them, The French were attempting to invade Mexico, this battle took place in Puebla and they drove the French out. The French eventually took over anyway before being taken out for good and their main dude getting executed... that is the ghetto version
