JYP lets Rain make his own decisions and respects the decisions made, unlike a certain company who just discard their artists if they are of no use or only want to hold back those who are still useful. Even till today, Rain still listen to JYP and they help each other out. Not only Rain but G.O.D members too.

Don't recall seeing any former artists of a certain company saying much about their former boss helping them out these days... GET THE PICTURE!!
