@stevecoscia123 It will not lower efficency - but the chimney may rust as the humidity in the exhaust condenses on the cooler pipe (and so it is not to code).
No matter now - my geo-exchange furnace now does not have an exhaust!

So, I assume by now you have your Geo installed. How well does it work and are you happy with it? How do the utility costs compare with the old gas furnace?
