So short space for comments.
He and some outlaws he calls friends are messing with telecommunications, jamming signals, invading peoples computers through the wireless card, preventing people to use the phone or internet to avoid whistle blowing and crticism.
They even invaded psychoanalysts computers to get the repor of patients, which is very sad.
