very good i did think it should be in the game. When i hear this it reminds me of the beginning of a heros journey. Imagine he just saw his family killed and is now putting on his armor, his whip, and looking at the setting sun as he gets on his horse and rides towards destiny.

Thank you for posting this. This is the best score I've heard for a video game since GOD OF WAR 3. I'm totally in love with it. I think it's even better then the GOW3 score. It brings so much to the game. Without it I feel the game would lack the emotional drive. Thank you.

This is pretty damn good. Did you used EWQL Orchestra? Its amazing, the violins, the organ everything sounds amazing.

I use FL Studio and EDIROL orchestra, but the strings are not quite natural, do you know if i can use the EWQL with FL STudio and it's sequencer or the Kontakt Cinematic Strings with FL STudio sequencer or i need a keyboard?

@BlackLionFilms Nice catch! I am in fact using EWQL Gold Orchestra and Stormdrum, as well as Quantum of the Apocalypse choirs. I'm pretty sure you can use EWQL samples in FL studio, as it has vst support.

Music has always been a staple in the Castlevania franchise, more so in the old NES/SNES installments. The more recent portable games have been losing this quality, resorting to remixing the old, memorable tunes because their original tracks can't follow the classic masterpieces. This theme stands among the best, and hopefully the rest of the LoS soundtrack follows in it's atmospheric melody. From what I've heard so far, it's elegant, chaotic, and tragic; everything a next gen Castlevania needs.

This is a pretty damn good rearrangement. I will admit I was one of the ones fooled that it was part of the actual score. I hope that Konami will put this on their soundtrack as a bonus track and offer you some sort of recognition!
