We fell into the same trap but lucky for us we used a credit card and got the bank on our side to cancel the transaction. We did buy a brand new BMW from Auto Haus and have loved the experience and continued service they provide. We are keeping the video up to hopefully help and advise buyers to use caution when dealing with Suntrup BMW, and its sales team.

This is the worst dealership in the whole US

They are bunch of crooks. Starting from the owner to general manger to sales manager and right down to salesman. Don't ever do business as you will regret it. DONT EVER give them a deposit under any circumstance because they will screw up your order and then keep your deposit.

If you want to get screwed over at every possible opportunity I would highly recommend Suntrup West County BMW. This dealership embodies your worst car dealer nightmare. The quality of service you get from these so called customer service professionals earning these huge salaries is a joke. I get better service ordering a hamburger than you will ordering a $40000 car.

When Rick Ramsey, Service Advisor (636-227-5454), finally came out, he all but ordered me to his office where he dismissively told me I should sit.

I fully expected to leave the vehicle for service. Mr. Ramsey raised the issue of whether I'd wait for it. I informed him that the vehicle was promised ready Saturday afternoon. Rick was very quick to shoot back that I was "bitching to the wrong person." He continued with a lecture on interpersonal relations and insisted that I simply be quiet

Of course it was easy to say they would stand behind it. A Monday service appt was set before I left. Why did I even have an appointment? I ask because when I arrived, some oxygen waster simply say behind the reception desk. Silly me, I assumed she was working. Once she finally troubled herself to look up, I stepped forward to see I had been waiting for her to finish the page in her novel.

I waited far too long to do no more than write my name on a clip board.

I purchased a vehicle on Friday evening and planned to pick it up on Saturday.

When I made a price offer $250 lower than the counter offer, the salesman was adamant that a minor issue was going to be looked into and they could go no lower on price due to that. I relented, despite the fact that for the $250 I could see to it myself.

Sat afternoon, I pay the balance and start up to drive away. Same annoying prob and no detail or fuel fill up he had been such a big talker about Fri evening.

If you had a good experience at West County BMW, Great! Even a broken clock can get it right twice a day. Maybe they have learned how to treat customers, but I doubt it! And I would never suggest anyone risk being the victim of their underhanded business practices since the odds are stacked against you. They have years of experience at scamming people!

I only go to Autohaus BMW. I've never had any problems in 10 years and 6 car lease/sales transactions, and they are always great to deal with.

Rest assured that we will never set foot in another Suntrup dealership of any make of car. And if we had our way no one else would have to discover their particular brand of scamming and harrassment.
