She's crying because: she was all set to adopt a baby from this young and unstable mother. The mother got sick and the baby had to be delivered prematurely. The baby and mother were both fine, but the mother decided to keep the baby, despite Cuddy already becoming attatched to her. As we all know, Cuddy is dying to have a baby, so she was devestated. House went over to her house to "consol" her, instead insulted her, she got mad, and they made out.

I think that the second version is better because they take more time releashing the kiss, as in...they have more difficulty stopping it and separating themselves. In that sense I prefer the 2nd version. But on the first one I also like what Cuddy's hand is doing (so cute), so if you could glue both those characteristics together, it'd be perfect.

i like the first one because it is really HOT! but the second one i think has more emotion and thats why they used it in the show. i also like the part in the second clip where they pull back and you can see their whole bodies which shows some of their body language toward each other. love both
