  • I say to myself before going to sleep, (I require my conscious to know that I'm dreaming, while I'm dreaming). For me, the key to this is to REQUIRE, not to WANT or NEED from our universe. What ever you'll like to acquire from our universe you need to require it. My problem is, My lucid dreams are in the lower astral realms in some cases. I'm having lucid dreams almost every night. I constantly tell people in my dreams that I'm dreaming. They're always ignoring me. I'll start meditating in my drm

  • Gosh all this lucid dream binaural beat stuff makes life WAY more interesting!

    Nice video :D

  • @BlackHeartDarkSoul thanks!

  • Sounds like tom cruise

  • This made me fall asleep at 3PM and wake up at 1 AM.

  • @Fa1lsp3cxD - oops!

  • do i listen to this with my eyes closed or something

  • @pothead420200 - eyes open or closed. While relaxing or going to sleep. Its' all good.

  • People often see and hear scary stuff in the beginning, when they first start doing this oobe stuff... but after a few times, some people start shifting to other worlds and realms instead of 'waking up in their bedrooms 'in the astral' where lots of the creepy stuff is seen and heard and felt. After awhile you start going out of body and ending up in really nice places!, Me To

  • I'm not into astral projection in obes. I'm more liking the lucid dreaming. It is also much more easier to control and is not at all scary. I don't know what you would do in astral because in incideouse it is really scary. I would recommend lucid dreaming first for some practice before you put yourself into the scary world of astral.

  • @leilei1157 - That stuff in the movie is created on purpose to scare people away from oobes and traveling with full consciousness out of body, it's not rally like that. But yes lucid dreams are fun! Are you good at them?

  • At first I started this for kicks, but then weird things happened. My fingers went numb, the it moved up my arms into my chest and down my legs. I thought I was going to sleep, but then i started "vibrating." my heart was pounding and my breath was fast and shallow, but I had no control over either. When i was finally able to jolt myself awake, i must have twitched a foot off my bed. It was horrifying, but I want to try it again. Is that an oobe (or the beginning of one maybe)? I've never had a

  • @iceandfire44 - Sounds like the beginning of an oobe for sure. the numb the fear the vibrating - all classic 'symptoms'.

  • Ok well.my body feels heavy as hell and it felt like an hour had passed and when I came to it had only bin 3 minutes

  • So since you can control your dream while lucid dreaming, has anyone ever tried to lucid dream while lucid dreaming? Sounds like some inception limbo stuff

  • @zaczac193 - Yes, it's totally possible to have lucid dreams inside lucid dreams. and there was a lot of stuff in the movie Inception that was accurate... but then a lot of stuff that was not.

  • I was a warrior from 1980's, rifleman attacking enemies

  • If I were to listen to this at the same time as listening to a whisper-relaxation video, would that negate the effects of the binaural beats?

  • @2BSher no, I think it would work fine.

  • Do I listen before sleep?

  • @ashleythefucker you can listen as you are going to sleep, or during meditation or just while relaxing in the sun or something.

  • Again I want you to answer me Rich2150x. I want this to work for me. I want to improve my concentration. I feel a weird sensation around my forehead. Is this real? What do you mean by out of the body experience? Though my religion is Hinduism and we have learned that we can have this experience by Meditation. I have never tried it because I do not have patience nor the concentration to do so. But listening this I feel more concentrated and and awake. I don't how to explain.

  • @fidodido411 An oobe? When we die we leave the body... but usually leave in another non-physical body. An out of body experience is leaving the physical body (while it is still alive but sleeping) and you leave usually while still in the second (non-physical) body

  • I don't know how came here but now I am listening to this. Can you explain me more about this Binaural beats. I am feeling relaxed in a different way. Right now I am typing but I just want to sit relax. I am feeling as If my mind is getting concealed some where far away from worries. I have this weird feeling around my eyes and on by forehead. Is this good or bad? I would like to know more about this.

    Thanks.

  • @fidodido411 - binaural beats help synchronzie the brain hemispheres - which heps with oobes. Weird feeling around eyes and forehead sounds like 3rd eye chakra clearing up. Its good.

  • I want this to play at my funeral.

  • I been trying every way and I still cant lucid dream.. Its like im stuck between awake and a dream like i cant end up asleep.. and if i do it happens long after and its never a lucid dream.. help??

  • Will this help in anyway if the aim is to Astral Project, not lucid dream?

  • @Izzy7Zayah - yep, a lucid dream is kinda like half way to astral travel or oobe.

  • I have a question. Can you listen to this before going to bed to have a lucid dream, or will it have a different effect, or not work at all? Also, how long do you have to go to bed before the effect wears off?

  • @PaladinPower811 yep you can listen before going to bed.

  • I get sleep paralasis regulary its hard to explain. When im really tired this fuzzy feeling its at the back of my head runs to my ears high pitch sound puts me in obe straight away thats how i know its coming, slowly i can feel my body become paralised i sometimes have to fight it off its so hard to do so then it just takes over my body, in this state im free of my body .I can pass throu solid objects,i can hear/see but cant talk. Its a fight to return2 my body real struggle. Fun tho

  • Ive seen, felt alot off scary shi* i sometimes get sleep paralasis where im locked in obe, cant move im awake but my body is asleep and i am free of my body free to roam, i tried to open my bedroom door and my hand went throu the handle like it werent there, i.then realized something was dreadfully wrong, i tried shouting 4help nothing came out but wispers, gravaty felt heavy pushing me down i was having an obe. Its always gonna be scary when you experince something as uninspectef like that,

  • do you have msn? cuz i wana talk to someone about this

  • Amazing! This actually worked. Last night was the third night I slept with this video and it was the first time I had control of my dreams (not completely, but might come in the coming nights). I seriously look forward for sleeping right know O_o

  • ive had lucid dreams since childhood, and 1000's of nightmare's, but for me they are my favorite dreams :P since once i realize i have any fear in my heart which is what gives the nightmare your power, fear is the mindkiller, and so it wakes me up and the power is mine, and there is no evil that can stand in the presence of a god consciousness, once you are awake in a dream you will notice your thoughts are clearer, you can will anything into being, force any evil away, fly, teleport, etc :P <3

  • @LoveWisdomHarmony - excellent attitude!

  • am i supposed to listen before sleeping or fall asleep while listening? please help!!!!

  • Ok this freaked me out a bit..def out of body and reminded me of being stoned some..

  • The voice here sounds like Guy Pearce in Memento.

  • What would you say if I listened to this every night for 2 months and got nothing? I'm being sencire right now. I just wanted some pointers, thanks.

Either way, I like your vid.

  • Hey i mean, my cat fell asleep 7 mins in.

  • Do you recommend listening to this right before going to bed?

  • @ApiksLive - Sure that's good time.

  • you sound like a Trent Reznor in a real calm tone.

  • :)

  • holy shit i was about to enter a lucid state i think but it really freaked me out and i felt really light and warm but my eyes were kind of like forced open and i was shaking a little what the fuck. pretty rad but im not sure if i want to run around in dream world rather then just black out and wake up tbh

  • will this automaticly trance you to fall asleep?

  • @purplevenom1000 - no for some people, tehy listen and can't sleep! It works differently for different people.

  • Try this after a deep 10-20 min meditation with very light binaural patterns

When you are used to the patterns you may raise the volume but take it slow or it can induce seizing.

  • Hey I don't really understand: do you play this until you fall asleep and then It will just run out? Or do you have to keep it on all night with a looping one?

  • @thegurnis either way... it's just something to listen to, whenever.

  • Someone must have conflictive tendencies to be uncomfortable just hearing a guys voice. This is good!

  • Can you email me a copy of this? This is by very far the best on youtube. I achieved full lucidity like when I was a child. Thanks

  • @TheKnowledgeThurst Maybe you can find another way, I am really SLAMMED these days. Maybe some viewers have some ideas on how to download the audio.

  • @TheKnowledgeThurst on a mac or linux (you can probably get python on a pc), google and get a python script called youtube-dl

use that to get the flv file. Then convert/rip that using ffmpeg or something similar.

  • "Freaky or scary stuff" "ANYMORE" umm I would love to have a conversation with you about this. Maybe i could private message you my email and we could discuss this?

  • @BuRnBoIzzx Sure. ;-)

  • @Rich2150x it worked on my first try! sort of, in my dream i said that i was dreaming and that this was a dream i had a brief conscious moment.

  • do i have to listen to this through headphones for the binaural effect to take place or can i just listen to this through speakers on the pc next to mybed?

  • @PFCAhammed you can listen in bed and the binaural beats will still work - jut be sure to place the speakers a few feet away from each other to the right and left or whatever - if you ear a 'wavering sound' in the binaural tone - it's working right. I use speaker instead of earphones a lot. Works great.

  • @PFCAhammed probably be safer too. avoid the possibility of falling a sleep with headphones on especially if you move a lot.

  • i am kinda freaking out right now, whenever i breathe in i feel like i go up when i breathe out i feel like im falling and im kinda scared....

  • @Mageballer43 - the fear is part of all this - we all feel the fear at first.. almost everyone anyway. just go with it, you won't get hurt. Its a good sign, hang in there.

  • Umm..I'm kind of scared to try this by some of the comments like out of body experiences and I dont kno of I should or not...help?

  • @BuRnBoIzzx - I don't know... it's a tough call.. Me, I love out of body experiences and I don't see the freaky stuff or the scary stuff (anymore)... so you may not either. I'm just saying.

  • @Rich2150x what do you mean you dont see scary stuff anymore, like how did you stop seeing scary stuff

  • @Munchupyourwaffles - People often see and hear scary stuff in the beginning, when they first start doing this oobe stuff... but after a few times, some people start shifting to other worlds and realms instead of 'waking up in their bedrooms 'in the astral' where lots of the creepy stuff is seen and heard and felt. After awhile you start going out of body and ending up in really nice places!

  • Is there a version with a female voice? I hear the man voice and stop listening. lol sorry just habit ;)

  • @1DangerMonkey - I know what ya mean... I'd much rather have a woman whispering in my ear when I'm in bed... I mean DUH! ;-) But alas, I don't have the female voice one yet. I'm working on it though!

  • Best

  • its the third time I come here with the intention to watch it, I wanna watch it so bad but im scared

  • @debbyzinha1000 - ah, well, maybe you'll get the nerve soon, good luck... and the scary part goes way pretty fast... usually ;-)

  • Ever since i was little I would get this wierd feeling like my body is tiny and somehow I am "apart" from my body. Kinda hard to explain. Doesn't happen a lot but when it does it's not like I was trying to do it...anyhow thanks for the upload:)

  • Am I the only person who has trouble staying asleep after I realize I'm dreaming? I can't seem to enter the lucid state because I wake up too fast :/

  • Who's the voice in this video?

  • @CreateAccount649 - That would be me ;-)

  • Spam alert.. lol.. I love this now please check out my new technique.. I am a subscriber not just a spamer

  • Nothing.... I failed at this...... Like everything else.......

  • @Na7Crew - well that's a bummer... good luck though, hopefully your luck will change.

  • Does it work if i listen to it during the day or do i have to go to sleep listening to it?

  • @DJSbros I think it can help listening during the day too.

  • i once dreamed about a laptop that was inside a bread

  • I'm doing it right now well gotta go bye.

  • Get high and do this best thing ever you have wicked crazy cool fun dreams. :D

  • Just curious if anybody can help, do you listen to these as you're trying to go to sleep & lucid dream, or just casually during the day so the voice saying "This is a dream" gets stuck in your subconscious so you think it while you're dreaming and realise you are dreaming.

  • @Egotistikill

Good question, i think while you're going in so subcon you hear it and realize it's a dream.

The problem i have, something happens where i need to escape and the first thing that comes to my mind is i could wake up to escape. Right then i realize it's a dream but also right then it's not to long til i awake then. Realizing you're dreaming and being able to ride out that "bump shock" of knowing you're dreaming when you realize i think could be key. I always shock myself awake.

  • 2 days ago, i fell alseep to this. I woke up and hour later in sleep paralysis, a few seconds into it i felt huge pressure on the base my skull. I then had the feeling of moving upwards at an incredible speed. I heard music and at regular intervals there would be a huge loud hum that would make me gasp for air. I felt myself leaving my body. All the while my mom was hearing make these strange noises and she woke me up >.<

  • @MrLordEinstein Haha, happens to me too.

the thing with me is, i panic when i'm in sleep paralysis. i need to learn not too. Also, if you're ever wanting to come out of sleep paralysis, change your breathing pattern from the current one being used. It'll reply to your brain it's time to awake in the real world.

  • Almost worked, i felt gravity shift, and almost started dreaming. After 6 hours of sleep, although i didn't listen to it again, i did have a very intense, vivid dream, and i sort of knew i was still in bed, i just didn't do a reality check to be certain. This is powerful stuff, and i will try it again tonight; Thank you for uploading this! Very much appreciated.

  • @Doctor699 - You're welcome. And thank for trying it out and sharing your results! I really appreciate it.

  • @yakmangopro That is called an out of body experience. I've had that once as well. You can see the room around you but feel like you're unable to move your body. Scary shit. Some people have it to the point where they feel like they can see around their house, but their body still stays in bed. Like their vision is the only thing that's really moving.

  • method i used which i told my psych teacher about is to look at your hand while you aree dreaming. count each finger and you'll know you're in your dream

  • Just used this last night, and I'm sure I experienced my first lucid dream or OBE. It was very brief, but felt so strange, looking forward to tonight to try again.

  • @TricksterBee - Well done, and good for you. Thanks for sharing your results too.

  • i saw things and people iv never seen before, i saw my self in my own bed asleep. this shit just freaked me out so bad,, there is no other feeling like no control over something. only now i have these dreams every night and i can control them but these dreams feel like they last forever

  • @Jeffreyrno - wow! Yep - the fear thing is real - it can do that, very scary sometimes... but I think worth it. Thanks for giving it a shot!

  • The background music sounds like something out of Lords of the Rings!!!

  • Just used this last night. Although it wasn't a very happy dream I was very lucid. Now I know I still dream of her...

  • Chuck Norris watches this to have dreamed that Bruce Lee didn't rip off his chest hairs or should I say fur coat

  • @Uglydude445 really random and totally off topic.... but wise words,

  • @Uglydude445 AHAHAHAhahhahahha

  • do you have to sleep to get this natural high

  • Dreams are real, they are just happening on a different plane of consciousness

  • @geneticexpert1 Not even on a different plane but that's a good way of putting it

  • WOW! just had a LUCID WET DREAM..THANK YOU

  • @googlegoober lol classic

  • A technique that works....... Whatever time you sleep set an alarm 4 hrs prior to that time to wake up. When you wake up try taking a piss and drinking if you are thirsty. Now turn on your computer and go to this video listen to this for like 15 minutes or the listen whole thing if you want. When the video is done you will have his voice in your head for a bit. Focus on that voice. Now go to bed. Lie on your back in the most comfortable way possible. Focus on the voice. Repeat it in your head.

  • Ohhh For first time i try somthin like that. And belive me it did work, but in a way i did not have control over the dream

  • My computer died about 12 minutes into the video and it scared the #?*! out of me ... Lets try this again.

  • this works best if you put in on a playlist and make it so it plays when your asleep

  • Gonna attempt to have a lucid dream do you guys recommend this video?? D:

  • @javierHerrera1 if you need some help, tips, binaural beats suggestions etc. inbox me and i can help you

  • I usually carry around a totem (for me its a spinning top), and when it spins without faltering, i know i am in a dream

  • @SuperArnaud2 Easy there Dicaprio

  • Have any of you seen the movie "Inception"? That what comes to my mind for some reason...

  • Very helpful, thank you very much for this. I lie on my back and go into a different universe. Thank you.

  • i had my first" lucid dream", well my first move out of the body experince anyway, i was asleep, but i could see around the room, nd couldnt move, i felt like i was levitating bu i was tied done, a very scray experience, is this lucid dreaming/is there ways to control it?

  • Is this jim carreys voice from eternal sunshine? Lol

  • @Rich2150x Ok ill keep trying :) ha haa lol

  • Why is this not more popular then any "drug" it's amazing!!!!

  • Is there a place I can download this as an MP3? I think it would help me MILD!

  • OK Is it normal for my body to be numb nd start to feal wiered?? I actually got scared cus I thought I moved out of my body :( scary stuff lol

  • @patricia123456ilu - well i don't know abt normal - but its a good thing and sort of the point! getting out of body... a lucid dream is kinda half way there to 'oobe' so if you thought you moved out of your body, well it's working really well! way to go! face the scary stuff - we all have to - cause it's just apart of the package for most people. And then you are out!

  • @patricia123456ilu It's not scary at all. Just embrace it. It's a wonderful feeling, and will bring you back to your bed indefinitely. It's a nice experience.. but it takes a while to get a hang of holding onto it.. it's difficult.. try not to get too excited.. but apparently not long after that feeling you enter a lucid dream.

  • I can't seem to get this to work, also I've heard that you are supposed to lie on your back and not move as you try to go to sleep, is this true or are there other methods?

  • @audreycain51 - there are other methods, and ya don't have to lie on your back - what ever's comfy - but try not to move, but then it depends on which method you are using to get out of body - if that's what you are trying to do.

  • @audreycain51

I found great videos by someone who explains it as, when you lay in bed to sleep. your brain will send a signal to your body because the mind doesn't like to shut down before the body. This signal sent from your brain tests your body and if you move your legs, roll over or move in anyway then the brain knows the body hasn't fell asleep yet an will stay aware. Sometimes your MIND wakes before your BODY and you can't move nor talk, change your breathing pattern at that time to wake

  • @AloysiusAtJSP - yes, what Aloysius said! ;-)

  • @audreycain51 i have trouble with laying on my back due to tingly feelings in my legs that turn into tickling almost painful vibration after a while:P i have no idea how to overcome this myself :P

  • Thank you for uploading powerful video. It has helped me immensely. Looking forward to future uploads eagerly:)

    joseph

  • @Satori1800 -thanks Joseph, and thanks for your kind words!

  • This is intresting, and im inclined to believe that it works, but when is one supposed to being playing this? Is this something you listen to while trying to drift off (becuase when i do, I tend to concentrate on the man's voice) or is this supposed to be set on a time to start at a certain point after you initially go to sleep? Becuase if that's the case, i have no way of using this? I would love to know so that i could use something like this, i enjoy meditation.

  • @UtopiaMinor666 - the man's voice is my voice - listen to it when you are drifting off. That's how I use it.

  • @Rich2150x thats really cool, thanks. I will try this tonight then!

  • i ment astral projection !

  • i guess this works to astral project 2 huh ?

  • @BlackFistUpHigh - maybe for some people.

  • @Rich2150x wow this works really good , i had a real intense lucid dream last night after this video .. also it was so long that after fyling around for ages i kinda got bored of flying and thought what else can i do to make this lucid dream usefull for me , so i started looking for people that i asked for advice on some problem ive had for a while .. i can only wait and see if the advices help now hehe , great video... bless .

  • @BlackFistUpHigh - wow, thanks for sharing this. really makes my day! So glad it worked for you!

  • I carry around a burnt out lighter I occasionally try to light. On the very rare occasion that it actually does light, I know I'm dreaming.

  • @Roenazarrek - Now that's a good way to tell!

  • @Roenazarrek ... I tried doing this after looking at your comment, and mine lit somehow while I was in the grocery store. I had to take a moment to look around and see if I was dreaming, it kind of scared me. That's a weird feeling.

  • @Roenazarrek Mines double checking clocks. Clocks in your dreams never say the same thing twice and it will often say something stupid like 38:50 oclock. Look away and the time will change.

  • wear anicotine patch to bed ...instant lucid dreams!

  • Started experiencing "Alice in Wonderland Syndrome," at about 5 minutes in. Something that happens to me everyone once in a while just while trying to sleep. For some reason I haven't grown out of it yet like most kids do in their teens, it terrifies me when it happens. So I had to stop. I absolutely love the shaman chanting stuff though, kudos for that.

  • @hedggie11111 im pretty sure the "Shaman chanting stuff"" is more like monks at a roman catholic chruch or something

  • @7TheRedeemer7 It's obviously Native American music, therefore Native American chanting.

  • I have been meditating, so i can lucid dream about my husband who passed away 9 1/2 months ago. I does work i dont dream about him all the time, but i do now remember what i dream about. I helps me to feel still connected to him!

  • Dude! this is insane! this worked for me the first night i played this thing, I could tell because there was like 20 people in my house at 3am, acting normal, and something in my head clicked and I like, felt the sensation of waking up, but I was still dreaming and it all felt so real! THIS IS AWESOME!!!

  • @7TheRedeemer7 - Hey! Glad it worked for ya! Thanks for sharing it.

  • @7TheRedeemer7 Rich is a good man! I am gonna give this a shot tonight as well. I will repost what happens. Happy travels everyone.

  • What he says is true even when you're awake

  • If you intend to experience lucid or vivid dreams, there exists an instantly gratifying solution; melatonin.

Injest a generous dose-- roughly 3 mg, and enjoy.

  • It can help lucid dreaming if you have a habit that you do everyday and mentally consider it (so it isn't just a passive action), like checking your watch. If you get into the habit of checking your watch (for example) you may start checking it during dreams too and if you've been really thinking about it in real life (how fast the hands move, what your watch looks like, how it feels on your arm) you may notice something different about it in your dream.

  • Okay so I fell asleep listening to this but Nothing happened

  • I astral projected instead of Lucid Dreamed but that's still awesome.

  • @darknesstrinity Yeah!!! Way awesome! Thanks for sharing that one! ;-)

  • i dont get it, i try and try but stil nothing, even with a clear head and body fully relaxed, still nothing, i just seem to lay there, whats going on?

  • @1rebelblood - do this when you are really tired and almost ready to fall asleep - try sleeping for a couple hours - MAKE yourself wake-up (hard I know - who wants get up in the middle of the night) then try it. I don't know if it will help but the trick is to allow the body to fall asleep, if it's too awake, and you are too awake int eh physical world... not much will happen. Let me know how it goes and good luck!

  • what the heck? i may see auras but out of body sounds way out of my mind.

  • Iso need help with This Whole Process.....Please Assist me With The Know How 2 Have the best Experience....I C Paralysis In Thingsi don't Want 2fuck myself Up or Anything....just want 2 get intune with myself & Earth.....Email czar82ro@gmail.com

  • i never remember dreams, and then when i look it up, they say write it down right when you wake up, but i dont even remember dreams then, any help?

  • @aNoobyKill - it takes a lot of prectice and desire and stick to it sort of stuff... if it still not working... create a plan before going to sleep to remember and plan a place to go a thing to do - And intend HARD to remember. And wake yourself up after a abt 90 minutes of sleep (lots of dreams occur right around then).

  • @aNoobyKill buy vitamin b6 it will work wonders on dream recall

  • L-tryptophane & Melatonin

  • Everytime i try to start lucid dream my body gets cold thats suppose to happen then i feel me abt to go lucid then my throat swallows an it all goes away everytime how do i get it to stop to stop so i can lucid dream

  • I've tried this video several times and I'm having some trouble. I seem to be falling asleep due to the Binaural beats, but I'm not staying asleep. I lay there for awhile, and shift alot from sleep and waking up within approx 45min. I will be awake, then suddenly I come out of what feels like a daydream, and wonder why I was thinking about such, and dont recall how I was. Also, can you make a video with louder beats, or qieter voice? The voice overpowers, and I get really confused in my sleep.

  • Scary, it actually worked last night!

  • What frequency do you have the binaural beats at in the background?
