Make a complaint dude!! .....They never learn if you let them off...that's a very serious accusation they made u should make sure the cops go back and tell those who accussed u that THEY themselves could now be on charges!.....LOL not to mention they even broke there own laws of giving false witness hehehehhehehehe stupid catholics! If all the details of the story you tell are true, then two things are relevant:
1) The person who did this committed a VERY SERIOUS CRIME. If the police have not investigated and prosecuted that crime, then they have been derelict in their duty.
2) The person who made this claim to police has DEFAMED you, and is subject to serious civil penalties that would result in a significant financial court judgment in your favor. You should speak to a lawyer.
