Ironically, these two would face each other in ROH a couple of years later. Noble (then wrestling under his real name James Gibson) was the ROH World Champion, he then went on to lose it to Danielson (Gibson was had the shortest World title reign in ROH history as he only held it for 36 days) (he defeated CM Punk for his title, as it was during Punk's last days with the company)

Danielson is better than all of them combined, but nine years after this Velocity match, he still hasn't gone past the U.S. championship. It doesn't help that Batista, Orton, Cena, Edge and JBL have been shoved down our throats.

@spinemelter2000 I agree with everyone on your list but Del Rio. Del Rio has MMA experience and for years was one of the top Lucahdors in Mexico. I just don't like how he's booked, I don't have a problem with Del Rio himself, but the way he's booked at times is attrocious. I still think he's not half as good as Danielson (not even a quarter) but out of all the guys you list as "undeserving" he's the one who deserved it the most.

These two are incredible, superb wrestlers, Danielson arguably the very best technical wrestler in the world and Gibson the MVP of ROH in 2005.

As you can see here, WWE does not appreciate the awesome talent it manages to get.
