i must say he looks alot better since the zaragoza game he is very confident on the ball and he looks a good fit or the gunners can wait to see him for arsenal
I think Levante was a good experience for him. I don't see Wellington acting so snobby here. I remember watching some Levante games and he used to run around as if he was the best player in the world. Hopefully his time there changed his attitude.
@kingGrimmjow95 Well either way, his general approach was very exaggerated. Even Levante's manager said that he didn't really take it too seriously. Here he seems much more composed and civilized.
@kingGrimmjow95 Perhaps, but I get the impression that Silva thought he was bigger than the club. He had very little professionalism, and I think Levnate's response to his lack of effort was just what he needed.
@N173 imo i dont think the coach worked with him properly and has been treated unfairly buy the club and i think others agree with me hence the "fucl levante" being top comment we cant just take the coach word im preaty sure something happened behind closed doors
@kingGrimmjow95 I dunno. He complained about how he used to stay up late, eat unhealthy foods, spend too much time on social network sites. I don't think he really took his career seriously. Obviously people are going to blame Levante, but I think his whole approach was wrong.
@kingGrimmjow95 It's not only up to the club to make sure the players are acting as they should. They don't have clubs staff following them around... The players are supposed to act professionally, and if they don't, then they're usually punished.
@kingGrimmjow95 No they don't. They can't dictate what the player does 24/7. That's why Levante didn't give him regular game time because he didn't take things seriously. Now if you wanna go around and parade about how Silva is such an innocent boy and Levante are the big baddies, then go ahead. Isn't going to change the fact that your living in a delusional world.
@toplad.... i doubt if you have watched Arsenal lately!!!!!!!! ramsey sucks!!!!!! he makes easy passes difficult!!!!!!!1 shoots when he should pass!!!!!!! try to dribble even when he is in danger!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can't wait for wilshere to be back...........
i'd almost given up hope on this kid, but this just proves that levante are a bunch of idiots. real talent here. im excited to see what he will bring in the future at arsenal
@TheYoungMcO tbh every single one of those players wanted to leave accept eboue who the so called fans wanted him out ! and i tell u anuva thing all of those players failed witht heir career accept cesc atm, u cant keep players who think their bigger then the club .
I agree him and Ox on the wings . He need to feed alban bunjaku in the team to give rambo competition. Theo Walcot is a fake player he plays good once every 6 six games but when will arsen see that? He need to get rid of Theo,Denilson,Afobe,Djorue, skiluchie,Chamack,Arshavin
@arsen99ify I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Bunjaku is leaving us. He already had a trial at west ham a few weeks ago that failed and now he is preparing for trials in Scotland. We won't give him assurances on his contract because apparently his attitude stinks. He has JET syndrome.
@arsen99ify what the heck are you talking about??!!!? Afobe is only 18 and has yet to play for the 1st team. and right about now he's recovering from an injury and looking to go out on loan when he's fit again. even SPL side Rangers are asking for him!!
ginga samba wellington silva!!!!!he play like how he did a few years back.if he continues to perform then maybe arsenal will let him play or he can just find another club just like the other player come and go and cum shot!!!!!!
his footwork really is something to behold. hopefully he'll be able to make it at arsenal in the next couple of seasons, because he has the ability to be a world beater.
great skills at 1:20 and hes going to be great the levante loan was bad but this is going to be great next year loan him to feynord or anderlecht ........
finally aclub thats willing to play the lad ... looks abrilliant talent wow the future looks bright if he can keep his head down and work hard for it.
something makes me feel the next arsenal generation will do great things only if we get work permits for players like joelCampbell, wellington silva, Samuel galindo + the youthful talent we already have in wilshere, Oxlade-chamberlain, walcott, ramsey, gibbs, szczesny, frimpong, coquelin, Miquel, Bartley. our starting 11 in 2 seasons should look something like this.. Szczesny Gibbs Kos T.v Carl.J Song Ramsey Wilshere Ox-Chambo Walcott Wellington.
Grande deportivo!!
@Daniel96sj he's not better than neymar.. but he's got the potencial to be a great player.. and i don't know if he's still as good as when he played for fluminense.. certainly looks like he is
This boy is special, i have been watching all his moves on loans, and even in his saddests days at Levante he hasnt give, staying focused to a 100% training, not going to parties and etc, and always trusting in god. i know its just a fact, but it shows how serious and special he is.
Very different from others brazilian players who come to europe and get lost.
You can just see all the frustration and anger lifting off his shoulders when he scored that goal. 2 stupid loan spells with Levante that haven't helped him develop at all. Finally it looks like we'll see the real Wellington. He has so much talent.
This boy has real talent lets hope he can turn his career around. Also we should bare in mind that this is first game for this team and his first in a very long time.
Don't think he'll make it at Arsenal, maybe though. I think La Liga is the league where he could prosper imo but time will tell. Very interesting kid. Btw, name of the song?
For a 19 year old that's been very short on first team football, even in that division that is a very good performance. Gutsy and assured showing both skill and awareness, and at that age that's all you can really ask of him. Hopefully he'll get even more chances now he's at Alcoyano and really show us how he can play football.
fantastic ball control and dribbling, the ball was glued to his feet, I really hope he fixes his poor attitude problem and becomes a top player for us
@JerseyMcgee81 because the coach at the last team he was on loan said he was more concerned with eating pizza and playing video games than working on his fitness and training, thats coming from someone who coached him for the last year, not just some random rumor on twitter.
@Pomaori I mean some players like solskjaer were always at the right place at the right time, and he also was that time, and it's a skill, and a good sign.
@runijohnson44 But aren't you always in the right position whenever you score a goal ? Not being rude but wouldn't you see he has good reading of the game or good positional sense. To say someone is in the right place at the right time when they score a goal is pointing out the bleeding obvious lol It's another one of those meaningless pundit phrases
