Buffalo is very rough, don't get me wrong, but I'm talking about living in it's suburbs which are cleaner than anything I've seen anywhere in Rochester itself, don't know about it's suburbs. Doing someone in downtown Buffalo won't get you killed anymore than doing something in downtown Rochester, that I'm sure on, because I've seen the good and bad of Buffalo and it's not THAT bad.
