Hand and knees, sitting on a ball, slow dancing with my hubby while he was pushing on my hips were all things I had to do when I was in a little pain my last week. I never knew about the elbows and knees that will be good to know next time. ;) good luck! Your body knows what to do you will do awesome! Can't wait to 'meet' him. :)
I have to comment again... Love the look on your face when you say this pregnancy has been amazing. And good for you for being so healthy and gaining the exact amount of weight. No easy task. Your weight will come right off in no time, and you already look great! I looked so swollen, and round, and I gained 65 lbs! Yikes! I would have been so thrilled with 30 lbs! Everything's falling into place for you! yahoooo!
I'm glad you are not going for the induction. I am so eager to see when he will come on his own. I plan to avoid induction as much as possible as well. Glad you are feeling good! I know by week 30 I was miserable the first time. I'm 20 weeks now with baby number 2, and hoping I can make it until the end without too much discomfort. Good luck! Oh my goodness your so close!!!!! Just remember when he gets here to tuck when diaper changing! Lol or he'll pee right out the top of that diaper! I found that out the hard way with my nephew and just thought it was super funny!
@NaturalMommy100 Aww! Thanks for thinking of me :). My midwife prefers not to do internal exams. Since some women can be 3 cm dilated for weeks, and some don't dilate at all until they're in full blown labor, she feels that it causes more stress than peace of mind in most cases. In the end it doesn't matter, the baby's coming out on his own time either way! :)

Good for you for waiting. Here in the UK, you aren't induced until a minimum of 10 days overdue. My son went 12 days over! Patience is a virtue! Good luck!

Since some women can be 3 cm dilated for weeks, and some don't dilate at all until they're in full blown labor, she feels that it causes more stress than peace of mind in most cases. In the end it doesn't matter, the baby's coming out on his own time either way! :)
