@kawi1167 dude Im a metal head. AC/DC, Van Halen, Scorpions. They all wrote great songs, had killer drummers and killer guitars. Rush had some earlier hungrier stuff, but to me they were just never that good. They are considered one of the worlds top ten bands of all time. So you are in good company. They are like the Grateful Dead of metal, they sucked but everybody loves them.

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but you don't have to comment that they are the 'worst band', cause that's not even near the truth. Rush have such a unique style of playing, and each instrument on each song delivered to a whole other level, but that's my opinion.

Here's my take. Neil Peart was fast and quicker than John Bonham and he had more tricks that he used. Both were great drummers that were in history but in my books Neil Peart was one up on John Bonham. Don't get me wrong. I love them both and they did so much for the drummers for their time but where are the drummers now that can equal any of them?
