ive noticed that after a few times of doing this I can do all the exercises with more control. cause before all the exercises were really sloppy and stuff but now its a lot more gracefull and controlled. Thank you cassy for giving me abs!
Cassy you have no idea how thankfull I am for you. I do ballet and from the start I didnt have very good ab muscles, or even butt muscles. and then boom, I found you. Instead of having to not only pay for my ballet classes and the pilates classes they offer your here for me. I have gained soo much muscle in the past few months, Ive noteced my ballence getting better and even my turns are getting better because i have a stronger core. And your so motivational. Thankyou sooo much!

I have a question though. every time when I press my belly into my spine my chest becomes very stiff because of all the air that fills up in there. Is there a good way to release the tension in my chest? I try to consciously tell myself to release it all the time.
@gleunghw I see!!! You need to practice "lateral breathing". Take the air into the sides of your rib cage instead of your chest. This also helps create a flat stomach.
@blogilates@gleunghw YES! Once I learned exactly this, ALL of my pilates/core work became 10000% more effective! Controlling those inner muscles is key :)
I love your videos! I've been recently getting in much, much better shape thanks to them, and also, when i'm not doing the workouts but watching the videos, my right arm seems to have gotten a lot bigger recently, if you get me (:
