THEREASONABLE..who hurt you as a child? Wow, I have not seen such bitterness and anger from anyone in a long long time.

Sad really, and I am not talking about if or not Jesus is who He or others said he was..I am talking about your approach and obvious self loathing and spewing all this bitterness on all who come in contact with you.

Where is all that anger coming from and perhaps more than needing to prove or disprove anything, you need the grace that is freely given in and through the cross.

Wow, there was a guy from my home church that walked around town (5,000 pop..) on "Good Friday" one year. I thought it was very bold and inspiring. This story makes more inspirational!

You lie to faithful believers saying that Jesus is not who he said he was. Do you really have the rationale to be 100% certain on this? Thankfully, God is sure a lot bigger than scientific theory and human philosophy. You have lied to yourself or you are so naive as to think you have rationalized life to the point you know you are right in not believing in God. It is very natural to doubt God, but intending to lead his flock astray, that is dangerous territory you are in.

What about the fact that several of the greatest historians of the time, including Tacitus (a roman pagan), Herodotus (a non believer), and Josephus (a jew), all document the existence and crucifixion of Jesus. I'd concider that evidence to his existence. The problem I guess is that you "don't know, [you] think". It seems since the first temptation, every time man try's to think, we make a really stupid choice.

Oops! I made a mistake, I typed Herodotus for some reason. I meant Suetonius.

One more thing. Why are you so quick to discredit the realiability of the writers of the Gospels. In what way did what they write have any sort of benefit forthemselves. If Paul declared I'm a god, worship me. Then I'd have reservations about it. But these guys lived in horrible conditions spreading the word of their teacher and Lord Jesus. And don't forget they died for these claims.

I absolutely agree that he displays an arrogance, shared by many others of religious faith, that he is privy to some truth or knowledge that eludes the rest of us. By all means spread messages of peace, love and tolerance throughout the world but leave your personal and shared imaginings at home!

I do not seek I know the truth that God is real and wants us to love him. Trust me, I am FAR from being lonely. I have a family that loves and cares for eachother and friends who are there with no question. To know God is not about being lonely, It is a comfort though. I just watched it today, it was a very moving personal experience that was recorded that really moved me. The fact that he went out of his way to follow his faith along should move you. His personal experiences are very moving particularly on troubled areas of the world (The Spain, Ireland, and Lebanon experiences overcoming fear & conquering war are very moving. We really need people like him now to change the world for the better. It will move you regardless of faith, please go to watch it.
