@stibbitts I dance Paso Doblé here at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. And I noticed that you did not do an appropriate step to acknowledge the highlight on the 7th beat of the 12th bar. Does the American Syllabus not teach the Paso with a highlight?
@lamujermaslinda Pasodoble music originated in Spain, and the dance originated in France. The style of paso I was dancing here was formalized in England. So tell us, lamujermaslinda: which white people are you talking about, and which non-white people did they steal this dance from?
@lamujermaslinda OK question for you: Did you invent Paso Doble?? No you didn't. I want to tell you something about me, I hope it helps you... I grew up with Salsa (My father is from Puerto Rico ). He teached me Salsa like his father teached him Salsa. btw I don't dance Paso. And when I go in a club here in Germany I sometimes see whites who dance actually better than me or my father. In my opinion everyone should be allowed to dance what he/she wants WITHOUT getting attacked with insults,

i hate how white people try to jack our dances and make it seem like they're the ones that invented them.
