@37mamak if your referring to 3:50 it would be cornstarch to thicken the sauce. I make something very close to this all the time, I add yellow onions & chicken or rabbit. sometimes I make a lot of gravy & serve it with a bowl of rice

What is "Chicken powder"? Or do you mean corn starch? Can you stuff this kind of cabbage with meat and rice and steam it?
