I was just wondering if you would mind telling me the type of paper and everything you used to do this and maybe where to get some? you got everything almost perfectly replicated. I think this is great!
I used animation paper purchased from the supply store at my school. You can also find it at Curry's Art Store, but you need an animation peg bar, animation light disk and light table to properly utilize it. Most Curry's locations should sell these as well, but it won't be cheap.
You can try other methods of keeping your drawing papers registered properly, but this is the way it is done traditionally.
I did this in the 2nd year of my Animation program at Sheridan College. The entire video is a pencil test, each frame of the animation is hand drawn on animation paper and shot under a digital camera and imported into a program called flipbook. The pictures are then played in sequence to create the illusion of life. The sound was added later in Pro Tools, each song playing matches each character's rate of walk/run. And I also threw in some zipping sounds.
Well, that's one way to stop a villian.
