It isn't iClone problem but Windows. Try to run windows as Administrator (restart windows and push F8 many times before windows screen appears). Select "run windows in save mode" then select Administrator. Then (control panel/users) change the type of user account, set the user you want to Administrator.
Now you can restart, I think you'll have all required privileges for the app.
If you still have problems, I think the app was installed by another user: In this case, try to start session with his name and password, or try them all one by one if you don't know who installed it.
when i try to activate iclone it says "failed to right regisry. plealse check computer authority" PLEASE HELP ME
