Because theres no chance of a person getting the music taken off the video, probably because youtube bought royalty to the song or well...just about anything else that you can do so you can bypass copyright infringement laws.

Using songs that you know won't be taken off your video, even if the mass population of youtube hates the song, is a pretty safe bet. Even if the person was better off just trying to use songs that could possibly be taken down.
