She has the best voice I've possibly ever heard but her management are taking advantage of the fact she constantly gives 100% in her performances but not providing her with good enough material. I can't see her voice being quite this good in 5 years time (still better than others) which will be somewhat of a waste as the songs they have given her haven't been the best - this voice deserves only the best material to sing. That's what you get though when hungry music "moguls" don't get it.

That aside, she is learning not to give 100% each time she performs. If you examine her recent concert in Kuala Lumpur, she sings brilliantly, without overstretching her vocal cords. This way, she can preserve her voice and give it maximum power when her new single is released, including high-profile appearances.

If you want to judge how great an artist is, then you should listen to them sing live to see how well they perform, you'll be surprised to how different it sounds to the studio version, rarely do singers perform live perfectly to the studio version
