I'm confused! Okay so do I have to still pay for cable services if I get the TIVO box? Also does it stream both Amazon and Netflix? I keep hearing about one or the other and no one ever mentions both of them.

@prynkya No you don't need cable to have TiVo, you can connect it to an OTA antenna. And yes, it streams both Amazon OnDemand and Netflix. Note that only the Series 3 and 4 will work with the digital signal so if you buy a Series 2 you need an analog signal from the cable.

I bought the tivo hd, and you can sign into youtube on it. It's pretty cool, you get all your subscriptions so you dont have to search.
