Manny Lawson is beast in coverage. Seriously his sack percentage would probably be higher if he wasn't spending so much time assisting with coverage. The Niner D is going to be top 5 possibly top 3. The only questionmark is their CB's.

Vernon Davis pisses me off you have every reason to hate on him, but give Lawson a chance, he switched form DE to LB his first season, he got injured the entire year the next, than Nolan didn't even play him in many games, 9ers mess with Lawson too much, they move him all around, just watch this year trust me. He put on some weight, and 9ers are going to let him play his own game and stop messing with him. : )
@49erswillis hey have you heard that Joey Porter wants to play on a west coast team? 49ers sign Porter and move lawson back to his DE position and boom the defense just got an upgrade. Sproles is testing the free agency also....49ers need a speed RB and a returner...
He's not a bust and he hasn't lived up to his expectations yet because Nolan didn't even play him in a lot of the games. We will have to see, I don't think he's a bust though. Lay down the law MANNY LAWson.
