i first heard this song in 2000 on KLAC-los angeles-the van i had for work had am only but i had songs like this (also from KPOP-san diego)-later i got it on cd from americal pie records-'hard to find 45s'---she added vocals to all the rest , so say the liner notes
I had the 45 of this song on the Bally label like the one you see on the right. I was in the 2nd grade if you can believe. Always loved this song but for whatever reason, it's been forgotten. I think the last time I heard this song on the radio was 10 years ago!!
A truly great song by a great lady. I just don't understand why she didn't have a bigger career. This lady could really sing. Thanks so much for posting.
I have been hunting for this song for what seems a life time thank you memories of happier family times have come flooding back!! Bless you!

Little know is when she was with RCA, before Bally, Betty recorded a song titled "Seven Pretty Dreams" and the two songs have a lot in common.

Sounds like a Guy Mitchell/Mitch Miller song. This would have been a good one for Betty Madigan.

Thanks! Though "Little Blue Man" is her best known hit, this was actually her biggest charting hit.

Thank you for posting. My mother sang this song to me when I was young, and never knew where it originated. :D
