  • Love your videos!!

  • We have a part Pyr/part blue heeler dog, and he's a wonderful dog. Haven't tested his patience with goats, but he puts up with children and kittens just fine. :)

  • the quick black goat jumps over the lazy dog

  • I feel bad for the poor dog,he's about to pass out from over heating, can't these people tell?

  • @saide911 as you can see there is water in the pen, if he was thirsty he would get a drink. Pyrs are very, very smart and independent dogs that are fully able to take care of themselves. Many times with my Pyr has been panting like that and I offer him water to cool down he will refuse it.

  • the dog was like.. 'i'm not a rock(!) but whatever.'

  • I love your babies so cute, & not forgeting your big baby Buran too!!!

  • So nice to read your comments snow'. Good to see SOMEONE is educating the globe on NOT taking cuteness as pets in imperfect surroundings. Sorry, haven't read the comments on this lovely vid, but did on the others. Thanks for taking the time to educate people, I try, I do. The reason I don't have "pets", is because I work too much, for good reason, but not a stellar situation for precious creatures to live around. The darlings deserve so much better. Bless you.

  • I love Great Pyrenees......mine is gentle too :)

  • Good boy Buran! My little (ok not so little, lol) pyr pup is 12 weeks old and is already showing those guarding instincts with me. when he is playing with our lab mix pup he will chase her off and then come back to stand in front of me.

  • we have had 8 of those dogs over the years :D we have the 8th one right now.. they have all been really patient as well :D they are wonderfull dogs

  • Lovely film, indeed.

I think you can launch an education video for young non-English speakers.

At least I will buy them for my son.

  • Oh...that poor dog....he has to babysit again....

  • The pygmy goat kids and their guardian dog are so adorable!

  • I've seen all your vids and always put a smile to my face.

  • GORGEOUS dog ADORABLE goats :D

  • Mister please quit talking with that gay voice.

  • @YouTubzie The speaker is a lady. Welcome to Earth.

  • GP's are such wonderful dogs. It realy shows their temperment with the baby goats jumping on him. He wouldn't care if that was a 2 or 3 year old human baby jumping on him either. wouldn't mind it at all huh?

  • Good doggy!

  • cute!!!!!!

  • aww so cute =]] the name jitter bug =]]

  • thats sooo cute!! =)

  • When those goats get bigger, the dog might not like them jumping on him anymore!

  • Does that dog guard them from Freddy?

  • nice pyrenees

  • I absolutely love this video. I have seen it so many times, and every single time it brings a smile to my face! I cannot wait until we have our land so that we are able to have our goat family! They are my favorite animal.

  • oh bless :)

  • i have a question: i'm getting a goat and don't know what breed to get - how do you like the pygmys?? and do you reccommend them??

  • Pgmys :D AWESOME

  • Your goats are sooo quite and you take such good care of them.

  • That's just adorable. Our pyrs are only a year old and still like to rough and tumble with each other. They did let the baby rams get into butting games with them sometimes. It's a good things the rams gave that up before they got toobig for that game!

  • Those kids are too cute for school! What a lovely guardian your Buren is, too. Love your videos & can see your critters are well tended and loved. If there is such a thing as reincarnation, I wanna come back as one of your goats! ;)

  • so cute! ^.^

  • Ours do this at work to the sheep! Even when they walk around. We call it "Sheep Surfing" and think it's hilarious. Pygmys are adorable but NAUGHTY.

  • hahaha how awesome

  • yeah hes a live stocket dog hes used to having animals crawl on em and stuff.

  • wow the dog takes it soo well lol this is soo funny i love goats soo much they are my fav animal lol...

  • Those dogs are great, mates of ours have one.

  • What beautiful animals

  • You are truely blessed. i have lived in the city my whole life and would love to be in your shoes if for only a day.

  • Love these baby goats!!! How BEAUTIFUL!! Love the solid white dog too, what a wonderful watch dog!! And so beautiful too!!! Thanks for sharing this lovely video with me.

  • Sweet doggie! Monstrously huge! And little goats! I want your life! :)

  • oh my gosh, that is a beautiful pyre! lol, this video reminds me of my goats and 2 pyres at home.

  • ehehe baby goats love to climb...climbing on they're parents is they're fav past time...

they say that's useual why they would biuld the baby goats or the gost selves for them to hop on..

  • What breed of dog is this? He's adorable.

  • I have a dog JUST like that. cute

  • "Buran" is a Great Pyrenees Mountain Dog. They are born/bred Livestock Guardian Dogs, but not all are as patient with baby antics as this one. He's a special guy. :)

  • I have a pyr! She is so sweet, and lazy. lol

  • he has the patience a mother would have for her little ones, how cute is that, to have these bundle of joy all over u.what little dumplins they are.hugs and kisses.love then to bits.

  • That dog is VERY patient... if I was that dog I'd have knocked them of...

  • Love your videos!

The poor dog needs water lol

  • Beautiful dog and goats!!!

  • big dogs are great in this way. a kid (human or goat) sits on it and it just lets it happen... great friends... i love dogs

  • handsome pyr, and so patient. :)

  • Thank you! Yes, he is a real treasure. Very protective - and also a great babysitter <smile>.

  • I'm hoping my pyr will be that way when he "grows up". He's a little over 10 months at the moment, but I don't think Samson would let my cats crawl on him the way those little goats crawl on Buran. He'd much rather play back. lol

Oh, and totally random question: Have you had many problems with "hot spots" on your pyr?

  • Actually ... no. Buran has a good "working Pyr" double coat that sheds out twice a year without hardly any help. Besides, living in Alaska probably helps, too. :)

  • OTOH, I do worry about this more with our younger (5-year-old) Pyr. She has more of a fluffy <sigh> "AKC show coat" which matts at the drop of a hat and needs near-constant attention. If not kept after actively, I believe she might develop problems.

  • That golden is my bounce to a tee he is just like that

  • That's not a golden, lol

  • They are pretty cute...and that is a handsome dog.
