I did a similar thing in school, pretty much the exact same words, but it was an email to all staff. I was too stupid to know they could track it.

However, the school did not punish me, my parents did instead. The school helped me to get over this rage that I contained. Because of that response from the school they saved my life, If they hadn't I would be in prison or dead.
